Welcome to Sports Therapy London Central. By booking an appointment or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting our reception team. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to allow time for your session to begin promptly.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation depending on sports therapist availability. Full fees apply for missed time due to lateness.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following your appointment. We accept card payments and other secure digital payment methods. We do not accept cash unless agreed in advance.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, sports injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. This includes pregnancy, recent surgeries, or current sports-related injuries.
By attending a session, you confirm that you have provided accurate health and sports injury information and consent to treatment based on the sports therapist's professional assessment.
While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred sports therapist, availability cannot be guaranteed. All sports therapists are qualified and experienced to provide high-quality care in line with clinic standards.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour. Any verbal or physical misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities.
While our sports therapists take every precaution to ensure safe and appropriate treatment, Sports Therapy London Central is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction that may occur as a result of treatment, unless caused by proven negligence.
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with GDPR and healthcare data protection regulations. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest terms.
